 Established in 2017, we aim to help develop a strong body, mind and spirit through quality and comprehensive health and wellness routines. This is achieved by making conscious decisions to choose the best nutritional options and implementing yoga/stretch classes that focus on the mind body experience.


The lineage of yoga is Hatha.  Hatha Yoga is an ancient discipline that explores, develops, and integrates the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga systematically stretches and strengthens muscles throughout the body, increases circulation to internal organs and glands, quiets the nervous system, and improves concentration. This ancient system of self-care brings vitality, health, deep relaxation, and peace of mind.

Wellness at Your Fingertips

Group Yoga Therapeutics Series  

Up to 10 people per group

Minimum 5 people per group, $25 per person.

Includes mats, blankets, blocks, gentle sounds, candles, Aromatherapy scents, and informational handouts

​Yoga therapeutics combines ancient wisdom and with modern science to address individual needs with a holistic approach to promote healing and enhance wellbeing. 

 

Private Party Yoga Package for 15 to 20 participants starts at $175 an hour.

 Includes yoga session, mats, blankets, blocks, gentle sounds, candles, Aromatherapy scents, and informational handouts

Corporate Yoga Experience: $250 per hour.

Includes Mindfulness/meditation, yoga facilitation, mats, blocks, relaxing sounds, aromatherapy scents and flameless candles 

 

Virtual Yoga Available, contact for detail. 

 

Community Yoga in the Park: Sliding scale (contact for details).

Price includes travel within a 5 mile radius.  $2 per mile for each additional mile outside a 5 mile radius.

Yoga Group

Gentle Yoga/Hatha Slow Flow

Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Private/Semi Private Classes

Private yoga classes allow you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you on your schedule and at your own pace. These private sessions allow you to ease into yoga in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs.

Your Health First!

Regina Byas, founder of Simply Well, LLC, is an Advanced Teacher of Yoga Therapeutics and RYT-500. She has been a practitioner for over a decade and has been teaching yoga since 2017. She is also a Certified School Teacher with over 24 years of experience working with youth and various capacities. Regina has facilitated numerous classes as well as workshops in studios, schools, corporate offices, private and community park settings.  She believes that self care is the best care to nourish your body from the inside out!
